Westminster Events, in partnership with the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce, is proud to present a free panel discussion on affordable housing moderated by Dick Spotswood of the Marin IJ.  Joining him will be a distinguished group of experts including Rebekah Helzel of the Mt. Tam Community Land Trust, Bianca Neumann of EAH Housing, and Jennifer Silva of the Marin Environmental Housing Collaborative.

Together they will share insights about some of the nearly 40 affordable housing projects across Marin County, including in Belvedere, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Mill Valley, and Sausalito. They'll also discuss the BAHFA affordable housing bond measure, potentially on the November 2024 ballot. And, innovative solutions like community land trusts, ADUs, and more will also be explored.
